Paraphrased for brevity, but that’s the gist of it.

Wow. You must have an extremely low tolerance. Those are overdose symptoms.

It might be that something else is missing from your diet.

They mutate, but not as much as some viruses like influenza.

"We work with some common cold coronaviruses. We have samples from 30 years ago, strains that were saved from 30 years ago, and they're not appreciably different than the ones that are circulating now," says virologist Vineet Menachery of the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.

The virus does mutate, and these mutations are detectable and of value to those who track its spread. But that doesn't mean the mutations change how the virus acts in humans. In the end, it's all unknown. We know very little about how this bug will mutate, if infection will result in immunity, or how long it will be around.

There have been a number of concerns about fresh produce. One method for sterilization is using ozonated water.

We use our garage stationary tub to treat the produce before bringing them for storage or processing.

I don’t know, I have played with it for 2-3 years now. There is some chemical in many commercial vitamins that does that to me. I CAN take liquid centrum with no issues. And I am playing with a liquid vitamin D3, but I can only take it every 3 days.

I also have severe IBS and Roemhelm Syndrome and have 3 different specialist trying to figure me out, lol. Right now a strict low FODMAP/low gas diet keeps me going. I have emergency meds for my heart issues, but I have been able to control it through diet so far.
