Thanks—reports like yours usually precede major outbreaks by a week or two...

Agree, about that creepy lady. She wasn’t even phased when she was called out.

POTUS is on an “We have to open our country push, in today’s briefing”.

Did the same here in northern va. Same observations. I did notice all the other shops are shuttered.

“Just because something is a LAW doesn’t mean it is CONSTITUTIONAL. “

If passed by congress and signed by potus, and then tested on multiple occasions up to the supreme court, over several generations...it’s constitutional.

Whether it meets your notions of liberty is another matter entirely.

So let’s get this straight.

You’re saying that “People still aren’t taking this seriously enough”.

Yet you “drove by the Home Depot just to see...’

It sounds like you also aren’t taking this seriously. Because there’s a more than few FReepers that are adamant that you should get you business done and get back to your house. No side-trips, no sight-seeing - which it sounds like you were doing.

Yet, ‘nary a peep from those folks about you gawking.

I think that will at least help some. It was a bit shocking to see that much traffic this afternoon. I was not expecting that. It’s the first time I was out of the house in like nine days besides going for a walk.

Going for a drive isn’t going to spread it if you stay in the car and I was going to the supermarket. I’m ordering everything online now.

Trump about Biden:

“He’s not watching right now. And if he was, he wouldn’t understand what’s going on.”

He is hilarious.

LOL. I apologize as I should have used the sarcasm tag.

*I* don't have a problem with you driving around and doing whatever you want. It's your call. There are some on here that think what you did is wrong. But I'm not one of them.

I do get concerned about people not doing social distancing. Wearing masks will help, but people still need to do the social distancing.

My car is not shedding virus. Driving around is fine.

Folks need to relax a little.

Cool, my sarcasm meter was off. But based on my observations today people aren’t taking this seriously enough. I have mixed thoughts on shutting down the economy, but I’ve been making my best effort to social distance, stay at home and wear PPE when I go out.

One thing that absolutely needs to happen is everyone has to wear masks when they go out. Even more so if the economy if going to open up in May.
