Yesterday's thread here:

Congress has delegated 136 specific Emergency powers to the president, 123 of them can be used with a unilateral declaration.
And similar constitutional provisions are present in every state.
Yet your posted image suggests they are operating lawlessly.
We saw this one coming, didn’t we?
Glad that corporate is now allowing them to wear their masks.
This may be an example of White Bone Demon that some of you were talking about
Over the years, I really cant complain, they really haven taken good care us. But this was so frustrating because they put so much faith in the CDC, over common sense, I suppose a lot of companies are like that.
That was freaky to watch. What’s with her? Are stores even doing anything about folks who are doing this?
The replies said that this is a new type of *sport* happening.
I know all stores have cams, now days.
Im interested in your take on this, I havent seen it until today:

I was out for a drive today and I don’t think even with the lockdown measures enacted that the spread will be slowed enough. I went to the supermarket to get some necessities like milk and produce.
I drove by the Home Depot just to see and the parking lot was very busy. It was almost as full as a typical spring weekend. And based on my observation today less than half the people are wearing masks and even less so for gloves.
People still aren’t taking this seriously enough and are going to extend the lockdowns with their actions. I’m going to order any groceries online for now.
1. It’s a joke.
2. Did Congress delegate power to POTUS? Balance fo power much?
Just because something is a LAW doesn’t mean it is CONSTITUTIONAL. Just means it hasn’t been challenged yet in court.
Even then, things can change over time. Segretation was both legal and Constitutional for decades until it wasn’t.
Only Congress has the power to declare war, yet how many ‘police actions’ were we in the last century? This one?
Yep...due to the new PC culture...everyone’s afraid to have common sense. They have to wait to be told what to do, by govt officials, so they don’t get sued.
In POTUS briefing....POTUS ready to get the country open and back to work.
POTUS saying we have MILLIONS of doses of the HQC doses and we are getting more from other countries and are making millions more.
Hallelujah!!
FDA Dr Hahn just said that Drs are okayed to prescribe for COVID patients.
Oh, gawd...now Fauci’s on...probably to shoot down everything great that POTUS and Hahn just said.
Yes, sad but true.
What freedoms won’t some gleefully give up without questioning authority?
We grew 250 cases overnight too. So we've gone from 50 confirmed cases to 2019 in about 10 days.
POTUS giving Fauci the sideways glance, while Fauci is talking.
LOL
Eh. There's plenty of reasons to carry cash. And cash can be carried *safely*.
Phx’ death rate is a bit surprising.
City or County, State please.
Oops...I meant AZ # of CV deaths.
I’m in the mid-Atlantic. I don’t think people are going to get it until someone in their own family is on a ventilator.
Central Maryland.
It can’t be just checking hinges because she went to the next row behind her and started doing it.
So either OCD or she was committing a terrorist act.
