I’m sure Trump has someone working for him who knows his mind and can easily write something just like Trump would if he had time. Trump only has to skim a draft of a letter like this briefly and make a few minor changes before sending it for a quick looksee by legal. This someone may also be a person reading sites like FR to take the pulse of conservatives and get ideas.
