It’s an app that gives you US and UK channels.
I have not watched that in a while, so I probably cannot help. Usually when this happened, I would wait a few days, then google ustv247, or something to that effect, and the new URL would be visible in results.
I have no idea.
I hope eventually it comes back because I was able to watch several stations free.

I have the Fox News app on my fire tv and can play it live for free. I don’t have cable, just internet service. Figured it out the other day.

One of the two usually work. We don’t get cable here and an antenna won’t work either due to terrain and distance. Only option is satellite but that’s a big rip off we can’t afford.
