When this passes the USofA should create tax incentives to bring manufacturing back to America and DESTROY China.
The United States of America is the BASF of the world.
"We make everything better and faster."
Well trade you Quebec for Alaska in a heartbeat.
You are nuts.
Um, I don’t think BASF would be the best choice for a marketing slogan.

The Republic was a casualty of the Civil War. The last nails are being driven into the coffin today.
These days, most American factory workers are paid about the same as retail workers: $12.47/hour
So you’re saying the South won?
Robotics.
No,I’m saying both sides lost. Why it so hard to grasp an idea past the North vs South/Democrat vs Republican “Yaaay Team” mentality?
In 1865 the United States was economically devastated after a four year civil war. In 1900 the United States had the world’s largest industrial infrastructure and was self sufficient in almost every manufacturing product category, as well as agriculture. During the 35 years from 1865 to 1900 the United States had the highest tariffs in its history. Its currency was also on the gold standard.
Perhaps there are lessons to be learned from history.
You’re putting words in my mouth now. I’m not ignorant of the history of how the left-wing ideologues took over both parties (as mentioned in Goal #15 of the 45 communist goals for the USA), but the Civil War was not the point where the culmination occurred. (And as for the Civil War, I find Dinesh D’Souza’s assessment of the causes to be the most factual, FTR.)
Also, the tariffs were the sole means by which the federal government was funded, and went to its mandate to defend the Union. Not to mention, the states had representation in DC, namely the Senate per its original purpose.
Their wages are coming to parity with the rest of the world and tax incentives give us leverage the Chinese don’t have...
I didn’t say it was a Chinese company, but aren’t they the largest chemical company in China? I think I saw that somewhere.
I could care less about the causes of the Civil War. It’s the effects that are driving us into an oligarchy. Ideologies are ALL just different forms/subsets of an oligarchy. Democracy (mob rule) is merely a transition from a Republic (Rule of Law) to an oligarchy (Rule by a few). Throughout history oligarchies are by far the most prevalent form of government but from time to time radicals rise up and create the ebb and flow of history like tides. The Constitution was unique in history. To protect the individual from government was unheard of but we lost it and now we’re on the outgoing tide.
So how are the Sixteenth and Seventeenth Amendments actually the effects of an event that took place a half-century earlier?
My point is that the exporting of jobs pretty much knocked the teeth out of the industrial unions. So yeah, $12/hour you mentioned is the result. But just let all those positions come back stateside and watch the unions put us all over a barrel again.
Where did you get that?
It is hilarious and cool at the same time.
Sadly, the unions probably would ruin everything.
