Amid a global pandemic, Chicagoans find ways to laugh. Homeowners are decorating like it’s Christmas again, high-rise residents are lighting up their windows and there is an abundance of neighborhood singalongs.
But it’s hard for any of them to top the unbounded joy found in Mayor Lori Lightfoot memes.

What an awful website - why would someone go so out of his way to make a website so lousy to use?
After ten seconds the article took up all of 1/4 of the screen; the rest was nothing but popups that couldn't be taken out.
