I doubt seriously that you are correct about that. It is Baskin-Robbins Pralines and Cream that is the preventative. I take it everyday and I am virus free. Their plain old Vanilla works just as well.
Actually it is the Bryer’s Mint Chocolate Ice Cream that is the ionophore making a passageway for Baskin Robbins Pralines and Cream as a most delicious palliative for a heavenly transition.
What was the recommended dose on the quercitin?

Since flying those flu factory tubes I’ve been taking zinc tabs along with other stuff and not even a sniffle and it helps relieve my allergy symptoms.
Chicken Noodle, Veg. Vegetarian Soups all sold out online.
I’m chasing canned Chili right now. Meanwhile, I make my own Chicken Soup. Spam is probably available, but who really wants Spam?
Pure zinc. Probably better for the kiddies than Tide pods.
Yikes. I should have known that. I recall studying ionophores in the 3rd grade and this was in one of our lessons.
Again, thank you.
I just checked our Mic; no zinc, vitamins only. :(
Cooter, we take 500mg/day
I have used zinc lozenges for many tears - at the first sign of a cold I start sucking on 2-3 lozenges a day. You are supposed to let them dissolve slowly in your mouth and under your tongue. My understanding is that the zinc creates an acidic environment in your nose and throat, which inhibits viruses from multiplying.
Whatever the reason, it works great for me - I never have serious or long lasting colds, and I have not had the flu in 25 years.
I heard something from a local doctor early on in the kung flu crisis that said the zinc lozenges should be effective against the virus. I have a large bottle of them in case of symptoms. Haven’t needed them yet though.
So recycle the 9 v batteries and extract the zinc — my plan for today.
Senior multivitamins have 11mg of zinc (73%)
Men’s Health +50 multivitamins have 15mg of zinc (100%)
