Seeing that, I shake my head and wonder if the spread can ever be stopped.
Regardless of what the “experts” say, I’m staying home.
My in-laws called, tonight, to thank us (three times, during convo) about warning them to prepare.
They have plently of meds, food and supplies, for now...and, are just SO thankful that they’re not having to fight for stuff, at stores, right now.
They know that we’ll also drop stuff off for them, as needed.
I thought that was just a really sweet gesture...for them to make a thank you call.

If he is a doctor he is probably right inside of or right next to a hospital. I only hear the ones on Broadway, two blocks away, or closer. Maybe Amsterdam if they are headed for Saint Luke’s. Then there are two other avenues, so it’s possible there are many and I just don’t hear them.
We have special phone numbers for health centers, a mental health number, and then of course the ambulance numbers, and there is even an app for your phone (which I don’t have, since I have a baby phone). So I guess people are using these and the panicky but not serious cases are being taken care of by non-ambulance numbers.

No, but he certainly told those governors to lock down stridently, or he would exercise he legal power to implement a regional quarantine.
And if they don’t, he will.
