Here’s Another Sign China May be Lying About True Death Toll

On Friday, the U.S. media gleefully reported that the number of confirmed cases of coronavirus in the U.S. had surpassed the number of confirmed cases in China. In addition, the number of people who have died from the virus in both Italy and Spain has exceeded the total in China.

As of Thursday, according to the Chinese Government, there have been 81,340 cases and a total of 3,292 people people have died. On Friday, the government claimed only one new person had been infected through local transmission, but that there had been 54 new imported cases. Remarkably, the country reported that there had been zero new locally transmitted cases in the previous two days, though there had been imported cases.

Many people have been somewhat reluctant to believe those figures.

The “staggering” number of urns containing the ashes of loved ones which have been delivered to local funeral homes for distribution to family members appears to contradict those claims.

How do you know a Chi-Com is lying? Their lips are moving.

Same with any democrat. Its in their DNA.

Because mortuaries had been closed, a customer backlog would naturally exist.

One has to know the historic urn pickup rate versus how many accumulated over the recent shutdown period and compare the two.

The death rate is 1-4% WITH TREATMENT -— and the Chinese aren’t too worried about their excess population anyway.

The problem with this narrative.... Japan isn’t lying about their death toll... 49 since January in a densely populated area they were the first country to record a virus case outside of China.

Japan: 160+ million people, no lock downs and 49 deaths.

If Western countries do not wake up, they will lose more and more people. We need to end the lock downs and get back to work before Asia becomes the only place on earth where they manufacture anything.

“They are false.”

Yes, they are utter BS, nobody should believe these low morbidity/mortality numbers. Even the biggest commie in the world should not believe these, much less anyone who is not a commie.

If the media want to report this they should make it clear that these are “claims” or “alleged” statements. To report ANYTHING China says about ANY of this as factual or reliable in any way is to spread FAKE NEWS.

Normally, one would expect 300-400 cremations a day in Wuhan, given the 11 million population, so while I believe the official numbers are bogus, “hundreds being cremated a day” is not evidence of anything, ................ unless it’s 500+ a day.

300 per day would be about .9 percent of the population per year, 500 per day would be about 1.6 percent.

I wonder if many of those 21 million cellphones that are gone were removed for propaganda reasons. In a time of an internal political crisis, the less means citizens have to tell the world the real Coronavirus story in China.

You don’t bring in the amount of incinerators they did for a few thousand people.

I see no mention of incinerators in this article. Urns yes, incinerators no. Of course there has to be incinerators for urns, but it doesn't mean new incinerators have been added. Nor does it mean new incinerators haven't been constructed either. Just that this article makes no mention of them.

But we can almost be certain that the lying ChiComs are lying about the numbers. It's the degree to which they are lying can only be speculated. Unfortunately that is all we can do, and we may never learn the truth.

I have faith in the Lord, and beyond that it's anybody's guess what the final outcomes will be. I am also praying that our medical professionals will do their best in combating this virus. In the end it is really out of the hands of most of us. All we can do is keep our distance, practice good hygiene and pray that the good Lord gives us the strength to overcome.

I also believe that signs look promising on many fronts that we are beginning to get a handle on this virus.

“from a disease with a death rate between 1 and 4%.”

Not in China. Chinese Covid treatment protocol is to provide medicines only after a patient has been shown to be able to fight the infection with antibodies. It makes sense. If they’re treated with antivirals and antibiotics before they’ve created antibodies and are then released they’ll just get reinfected. So, basically, anyone Covid critical in China is left to heal themselves or die. This creates a much higher death rate.
