I really like Dylan but I probably won’t care for this song.

“Weird timing.”
It is Dylan after all.

“and one he presumably thinks has some relevance in 2020.”
Of course the topic has relevance. It was a coup, the plotters and their ilk have had a stranglehold on government since it happened, and their heirs in the intelligence community have a stranglehold on American government to this very day.
It really is the Rosetta stone of modern US politics. (last 6 decades)

I also found it odd that right after his inauguration, Trump promised to declassify the JFK files pertaining to the assassination. Then he backed away from that and said he would release only some of them and hold off on the others until later. That was about two years ago.

I listened to it yesterday.
It won’t join my collection of Dylan masterpieces.

Anybody got a song about how JFK and his brother killed Marilyn Monroe - “Murder Most Foul”?

Heard it yesterday. He sounds like an old man and the song is almost painful like listening to Joe Biden.
To: CheshireTheCat
This weird song never mentions that JFK was murdered by a Communist.

It’s about the spirit of the anti-Christ taking over this country in the 60’s.
Or at least getting a foot hold.
Like American Pie.

I would rather Senator John F. Kennedy of Louisiana released a 15 second song on the ass-assy-nation of Bob Dyan.

Oswald did it but I’d bet he was silenced by others involved. If others were in volced however, they damn well got the lid on it and KEPT it down...
