I cannot believe our government is considering keeping everything shut down beyond next Monday! That is ridiculous. This is NOT a good decision in my very humble opinion. We've already seen huge damage done for companies by this period we're already in!!
Trump did say until “Easter”, which is 4/12.
We don’t teach critical thinking in school anymore, this the state of education and journalism.

Me too! I wouldn’t have shut down entire states in the first place (although with respect to NY and GA, it would be prudent to do that by now).
No need for cheap shots. Trump himself indicated his awareness that a prolonged shutdown could conceivably cause more deaths (entire preventable in this case) than the disease itself.
So onward to April 12!
Surgeon General Adams came through with flying colors in this town hall. He offered a full, detailed, specific and fervent defense of Trump and Trump’s approach in dealing with and listening to his health advisors.
He also is very effective when he speaks up as a practicing surgeon. I am seeing why he’s in the position he has.
No it’s not. Trump said he’s hoping to have us opened up again by Easter (April 12), indicating that we could remain (mostly) closed until then.
Also, “only” 21 US deaths in the last 24 hours is incredibly promising. My guess is allowing docs to prescribe the chloroquine and Zpac cocktail is starting to make a decisive difference.
What we really need is to assure medicine supply. Make Big Pharma get them produced here now!

The staying home when ill has been made very difficult by quite a few employers especially those in the service industries. Miss a few days when ill and the job is gone. They have no tolerance for medical needs.
Also, some of us feel very guilty staying home even when we should stay home.
So am but I don’t expect the economy to be destroyed to protect me!
Surely, you are not that ignorant. I am talking about long term for everyone. Yes. Worse than this virus.
