Bike shops essential business in Denver?
Yep, yes they are. They would be a lot of very angry, cycle obsessed, Democrat people there if they were closed.

The leftists love this. They can pick and choose which businesses can stay open and which have to close.
This love this power.

Hancock ordered liquor stores and cannabis shops closed. Less 2 hours later he reversed that after mass outcry. Meanwhile: The Denver mayor has ordered a total shutdown. Now you will need an internal passport to move around. Peter Boyles opened his show today with "The Letter" that was left on his keyboard. It is addressed To Whom It May Concern and allows "the bearer of this letter" to travel within Denver city limits. There is another letter that allows the bearer to get gasoline. Papieren Bitte!

At what point do the “essential” workers start protecting themselves and their family? They are being told how awful this epidemic is then in the same breath they are being told they are essential and need go to work for extended periods for multiple weeks and in most cases, not a lot of money. I’m not talking bike mechanics, I’m talking food and medicine supply chain people.
Basically they are being told, your essential so work extra hard and risk your health, so people can hoard toilet paper and watch Oprah. Just a matter of time.

France is discouraging using bicycles for exercise. Reason given: if you fall and are injured, you’ll be using hospital resources needed to deal with Wuhan disease.

My daughter and son-in-law just moved to Denver for a new job, they are holed up in their hotel, hoping they can find a place to rent.
