"You folks all okay over there?"

We're getting a little bit antsy.

Now would not be a good time to try "treading" on us. (Are you listening, Iran?)

If we get any more bored we might start on our own version of the Chunnel. If we were smart, we'd end it with a toll booth.

It is a little difficult being confined to quarters for this length of time. We’ve still got two weeks to go until they review it again.
If I hadn’t been going to work you would have had to form an orderly queue with regards to Iran.
If you do decide to dig out a Chunnel beware of the wind blast on breakthrough. Where on Earth would you need to connect too?

Cut off from what? We’re doing fine here in Boring. I went to Walmart, the Post Office, and the clearance bread store today. (25% of retail price.) Petrol is $1.56/gallon at the QT. Countdown until Drama Queen moves out is D-Minus-10.

Kathleen is up the street playing with a friend. I guess Frank is, too, because he’s not in here helping himself to the bargain bread.

Nope, he was moping on the sofa. He can come for a walk with me and identify a tree or something.

I mailed the thing today. You should have it by Monday. The box looks like it was cut open and taped back up because I did. I decided it needed more newspaper.

Cut off from the rest of the planet according to the BBC news. Reactionary highnosed Papertigers . (China gets everywhere...even the comments get infected)

That’s good to hear.
Petrol £4.45 /Gallon.

Tree Identification is a useful survival skill. Some woods just refuse to friction ignite.

I've heard that Hawaii has an Interstate.

Connecting the Ha-wa-2 interstate to the Oregon trail.
Could be useful.

May tenth is the earliest that we can put it in up here.

We are looking at the possibility of a really big greenhouse but that will probably remain an impossible dream for at least another five years.

When threatened with tree ID, Frank decided he could play with Kathleen and the kid up the street. Hopefully they’re identifying poison ivy before they get in it.

Tom the Son has arrived to pick up his turnpike bill and cadge a meal.

That would be good. Maybe you could get a smaller greenhouse sooner?

I don’t know. Rebelbase, do you have any idea?

How are you doing, Tijeras_Slim?

Got laid off when the Gov. closed shooting ranges as “recreational facilities” (I guess I couldn’t socially distance on 500 acres). No biggie, things will work out one way or another. Mostly kicking back at home, attempting to break Youtube and watching the shenanigans on FR. All of you and yours well?

Yes, we’re doing fine. Bill the Son was laid off from the ad agency last week, but he’s a thrifty young man and will do fine until things look up in the advertising business. He was planning to move in with his sister anyway because his lease was up.

He posted to instagram on April 6 which was about two weeks after his hospital photo and said he was feeling better.

But he’s not posted there since which seems unusual for an instagram ho. Maybe he got hit by a bus?

De Blasio probably gave him a job and he’s been too busy.

Something I found very interesting this morning, and also something I had expected to be true, ever since I put my very young hand on a “quakey” — a quaking aspen.

That’s a sweet little tabby morning floof.

Good morning.

I would like to have slept in this morning, but my body said it was time to get up. The mattress pad had already shut off, and I didn’t want to wait for it to warm up again, so I just got up.

Right now, I’m waiting for the gray lint to subside somewhat so I can find something productive to do. And be able to do it right.

Some days, frustration wins the day because my brain isn’t capable of allowing me to do the things I want. *sigh*
