A new website has been designed to help with the toilet paper crisis amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The site, called “HowMuchToiletPaper.com,” reports its average user has 500% more toilet paper than they need during quarantine.

The website is simple to use. First, go to the website, then users can enter how many rolls of toilet paper they have and how many times they visit the bathroom.

Don’t buy on line. If you do, make sure you are buying direct from a store or the maker. Whats going on is hoarders are selling on Amazon and ebay at greatly marketed up prices. Many times the market up is simply the shipping costs. These guys cause a run then they sell you the paper at twice the cost. It should never be over $1.00 per roll including shipping. Bad stuff is $0.50 a roll.

Walmart and Costco are already trying to foil them by rejecting returns. These people cause the supply problem. Then when they can’t sell anymore over priced toilet paper. They try to return it to the stores. But this time the stores won’t let them. So don’t buy from Amazon or ebay.

Apparently it isn't just hoarders. I follow a Facebook page called Pharmacy Week (and I cannot recall why I ever added them LOL), but yesterday, someone posted:

"I work at a 340B pharmacy. We could usually get brand name Plaquenil for $1 for a bottle of 100. We have several patients on it monthly. Now it is $1000 a bottle. So much for contract pricing. Both the brand and generic are on back order from Bergen."

Two quick online searches verify that Planequil is one brand name for hydroxychloroquine, and that a 340B pharmacy is one that is on a government drug discount program.

I read that we have a factory, or two, firing up, to start making the hydroxychloroquine.

I have a friend who takes it, as a maintenance drug...for an autoimmune disease.

I told her a month and a half ago to stock up. She did.

Hopefully, our factories can produce within six months.

I know Isreal is also sending millions of doses.

I have read that it is cheap, plentiful, and easy to produce. Hopefully someone is jumping all over this.

I also read that it (Plaquenil) has skyrocketed in price at some pharmacies.

That’s absurd...that they’re allowed to price gouge. Hopefully, whoever’s doing this will be reported.

I’m glad my friend got her stocked up supply when she did.

I’m still trying to figure out how many licks does it take to get to the middle of a Tootsie Pop.

Panasonic makes a toilet seat, heated seat, rinse and dry, I saw in Japan.

Now it comes with a remote control for $7000!
