Unrelated but based on the progression of government action combined with the pure math/statistics involved in projecting the spread, not to mention the fact that the data and these formulas were known a couple weeks ago and in fact long before, I THINK what we're watching is the government (and I"m not saying it's bad) carrying out a very gradual plan, making it appear like they are coming up with it day to day, that was set in motion probably 10 days ago.

They knew in the cities it would come to military take over of hotels/dorms etc. ... so they gradually over 10 days made increasingly stronger controls. A little like warming up the water so the soon to be boiled frog has no idea what's going on.

That said, I'm not sure there is/was any other way.

But it just struck me reading the drudge article on the gradual military moves ... this has been planned the whole time, and while they were yak yaking about this and that economic program etc. etc. ... all necessary stuff, behind the scenes they knew what the end game was.

MAYBE it was earlier today with the meeting with the governors that they were all let in on the strategy. That's probably why Trump talked about how friendly they were. I think the docs probably scared the living doo doo out of them. Also Ilan and other's fake kind words.

Also talk of 'war'.

I'm not saying this is bad or a conspiracy. If I was president or running a mob of 300 million people ... you have to manage things, and you manage it with a gradual story. Trump HAS been playing it overly calm, almost to a fault. I think that's just the role he chose.

But for me I guess it's just dawning on me that everything we're seeing is the result of conversations and plans made 10 days ago or before.

Wednesday, only 2 days before, Italy reported 475 deaths in one day from the COVID-19. Italy’s population is more than 5 times smaller than the population of the U.S.A.
