Now the protections are based on last night and Thursday numbers.
But today we already have 18.121 for 20-mar, which is perfectly tracking doubling every other day.

They know, or have a real good estimate of those who are infected, yet not doing symptoms and are infecting others.
Current conservative estimates are that actual infected is ten to twenty times greater than those who’ve been tested positive.
