“So NO, I am not prepared at all.”

Damn. Just based on what you said, I think I’d cancel everything and get in an extended stay executive hotel. Asset deflation is going to be the norm. A wait of 3 to 4 months may cut 25% off the price of that new house. Maybe more.

Hopefully the extended stay place will be planning on staying open.

There are firewalls with VA benefits.
I don’t pay for any healthcare or anything associated with it and the VA will never come after my assets.
None of my VA compensation or benefits can ever be adjudged as income for any reason, and no judge in the land can touch any of it.
By law.

The hotel should wave that length of stay due to Corona. The state may issue some edicts. Hotels along the gulf coast wave all kinds of things after a cane rolls through.

That antibiotic could be made in your garage. It’s a pretty common one. They sell it for fish...

If I don’t get the keys on the date specified in the contract, I’ll do just that.

I was in 3 bidding wars on properties and those that “won” are left holding the bag.

In a triage, a good percent on this thread will be kicked to the curb to save the idiots partying on the beach.

I just dont agree with those that say you shouldnt get a test if you have mild symptoms. You should absolutely know if you have it...would help people be serious about quarantining.

Also you would know what it was and you shouldnt be guzzling ibuprofen

"I just dont agree with those that say you shouldnt get a test if you have mild symptoms."

I agree. But, personally, I don't want to upgrade my rhinovirus or influenza into a Sars-CoV-2, so I'll stay away from those testing areas until I can barely drive the car and walk into one.

Vermont for me was a long time ago. I live in Western Ma now. At least it’s not Boston. It’s of social space in Vt. Pretty easy to not see any people at all in the part of VT where I was.

Stupid bleepin’ Disney just HAD to get those spring break $$$$$.

https://www.clickorlando.com/news/local/2020/03/13/central-florida-theme-parks-and-attractions-closed-due-to-coronavirus/

Disney still isn’t closed but will be closing many attractions next week. Some will continue to stay open.

All those countless Disney visitors from all over staying in hotels, flying back home to everywhere, then all over wherever they call home....................
