A 4-year-old British girl suffering from coronavirus-like symptoms grew worse after taking ibuprofen, her family said.
As health experts hotly debate whether the anti-inflammatory medicine should be taken to combat the contagion, Dan Collins of Bristol posted a dire warning on Facebook about his stepdaughter Amelia.
“To those of you that have children please read. If your child has symptoms of corona virus, DO NOT give them ibuprofen,” Collins wrote.

Ask a doctor FIRST before giving or taking ANYthing.
DON’T TAKE ANTI-INFLAMMATORIES if you are fighting something like this! Inflammation is your body FIGHTING the Coronavirus! By treating with ibuprofen, they are countering the body’s natural defence mechanisms.
I’d say at least 90% :(
Can we get hourly updates on her condition? Will CNN have a news conference on this?

Apparently, the British ems responded quickly, thank goodness.
I’ve heard that as well, don’t use ibuprofen if you have a certain set of symptoms.
I have other medical advice that had suggested doing alternating tylenol and ibuprofen, but I think I’m going to leave off the ibuprofen because I’ve seen several reports that it is not a good thing.
Second I have had in the past two days 6 posts on Facebook being blocked for violating community standards. They were all major news source stories (AP, Seattle Times, WSJ, Jerusalem Times, etc.) They had only one thing in common. The posted stories were about Covid-19.
I guess that the Censors at Facebook have been told to clamp down on spreading news especially if it is about a particular virus. I was told my posts violated “community standards.”

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) treats pain and fever. Ibuprofen is an anti-inflammatory that seems to help the virus.

I got flamed for mentioning just about that very thing a couple days ago.
Yet I asked if ANY MEDICAL institution has found anything better? Nobody gave an answer.
It is a virus. There is NO CURE for a virus. None.
That’s wrong in so many ways. It’s criminal.
Who knows what nasty things they could be putting in that medicine. Slow poisoning………..
