“Dr. Fauci is ecstatic as he expounds on all things virus”

POTUS has co-opted him and is making him a star...along with the entire team.

When this is over they will all praise his leadership at every opportunity.

Most of them are Democrats.

BioNTech SE - ADR
BNTX as of Mar 17 12:51 PM ET
69.73
+29.73
+74.32%

BioTech is way too moody for my taste.

New from the Great Northwest (aka Minnesota)

Per the Minnesota department of Health, six (6) new cases of CV have been reported. That brings Minnesota’s total to 60 cases.

https://www.kstp.com/coronavirus/minnesota-department-of-health-confirms-6-more-positive-cases-coronavirus-covid-19-60-total-in-state/5676535/?cat=1

As of now, 2336 patients have been tested. No mention in the article of whether anyone’s being treated in the hospital nor any demographic info.

As someone who bypassed the medical field as a STEM career because she had no tolerance to ‘blood, guts or icky stuff’ I salute those who can do it.

If you can’t do the icky stuff, choose another career. Your patients won’t be simulations.

I am not sure what your point is.

Is it that Korea has tested more? Is it Korea was fighting this a month before it was an issue here?

Is it that Korea uses methods we could never use, and has a population a lot more compliant than ours?

Can you explain what you mean?

Are there 100 million cases yet?
Yes, but unfortunately, you account for 99,800,000 of those cases.

Lol.

I agree. That’s one item on my list of possible “silver linings” as a result of Wuhan. A possible unintended consequence of the MSM’s hoax.

I’ve had a cold before. And I am under 75 with no COPD.

When they start “bleeding” again...maybe the population will get it.

Are you on any meds imported from China?

Do you have an 6m supply of those minimum?

Can you survive long term without them?

Just askin’...

It might be falling in Washington. That is great. It’s falling elsewhere in the US.

I’ve never seen the spread this great. Not even during the bull run when silver hit $50. Holders of PM contracts, maybe not wanting to be left with worthless paper, are selling like mad. People are buying the real thing and dealers are posting shipping delay notices.

Since I don’t care what those folks think of me, I don’t notice or react to them.

I didn’t even notice any criticism lol

I've seen human blood and don't like it.

I've had sheep and goats necropsied and don't mind. Had a doe found dead that had to kids almost to term. Might have been too early for them to survive. The vet came over and found the problem. Heart attack - you could see previous necrosis on the heart. The vet stitched her back up. Had tears running down my face as I dug the hole for her and the kids. It was the best therapy for losing animals you hate to see die (time and money investment, and had great disposition which I like to see).

Got to the point where if a sheep or goat died, I was removing heads and placing them in a box for shipment via FedEx so they could be tested for scrapie. I did several. Would not want to do it full-time as it gets boring.

Side-note - a vet tech for USDAStold me the best thing to do for working on animals that are decomposed is Vicks Vapo-Rub under the nose. She said you won't smell anything else! LOL

I wonder if besides metal if TIPS are a good buy now. Because inflation is coming at some point I would think, if the virus can be beat back without killing the host .

the percent who die will be low in the end.

If you want to get someone’s attention use the ICU patient days that are being consumed. Apply this to the ICU room days available.

This is how you determine when the system “rolls” over.

If you can, plant a garden this summer.

Even if you don’t know how to grow stuff this will be a good learning experience.

And you might get some food in the bargain.
