comfort foods don’t have to be nutritious. Deficiencies can be made up with massive quantities of dark chocolate dipped jerky . Because chocolate goes with everything except beans and rice :)

Our little grocer had two cashiers at 7 am. Everyone else was busy stocking what they could.
Aside from the bacon/cheese/condiment aisle being closed forever, there’s been no whipping cream for a week. Didn’t check the cream cheese that has had limits the past couple weeks. Just weird. Not going to add another layer of tin foil to my hat as it may just be our normal Venezuela type store. We get the rest of the chain’s discards so this may be an indication of other shortages coming down the line though can’t imagine why there’d be American dairy shortages.
i am going to buy a can of spam and try to figure out why that is comfort food for hawaiians
I was actually shocked yesterday to see all of the registers occupied.
For the last few months, there may have been two at the most open, and everyone else was at Self-Checkout.

I bought some canned chicken earlier this week. Dont think I have ever eaten it before.
I just refuse to EVER eat SPAM.
I loaded up on different flavors of chicken sausage and pit them in the freezer, though.
