Barak Obama loses yet another opportunity to prove he’s a manly-man. No more Barak on TV filling in his bracket and pretending he knows basketball.

April May or June madness?

No, I don't think so. The whole dynamic will have changed; players and teams will have moved on; practices have been cancelled, and venues (and everything tied to them) would need to change.

Could it be done? Perhaps, but not without changing the dynamic of the entire event.

And once the NBA announced, all the lemmings followed suit.

The greenies would be rejoicing!!

You know it. They'd relish a couple hundred million deaths from a virus...it's their wet dream.

It’s litigation prevention. Period.

Agree... The BEST thing Congress could do would be, pass Liability protection against Corona virus infections.

I wonder what insurance reimbursement anyone gets, etc etc..
= = = = = = = = = = = = = = =
I can see this ‘scare’ going away like the asbestos ‘fiasco’. Not saying there wasn’t a problem with buildings built ‘with asbestos’ BUT once the cost of tearing down a single family home built in the 20s or 30s was costing more than the 5 story office building to replace it, the ‘problem’ sort of solved itself.

Wait till the TV networks start suing for the money they are losing, THEN watch all these people that ‘bought the packages for sports etc’ sue because there are no games, things may change swiftly....

FOLLOW THE MONEY....

Dayton will never reach these heights again. Gutted for them.

I was looking forward to seeing how well the Flyers would hold up to #1 seed scrutiny.

Kansas returns to the Final Four every few years or so, but this could be Dayton's last shot for a while...hope not.

That would work.

Although I would reluctant to play against someone who had tested positive. And I imagine there is a huge opportunity for spreading in the locker room.

Individual choice though. (Until the Celtics get sick, then the world would have to come to an end.)

Plus, we need to put Tom Brady in a bubble. Lucky bastard gets to quarantine with Giselle.

Louisville fans are pretty happy. There’s no chance of winning then having their win vacated this year.

They can easily transition to betting on stock and commodity futures.

They may have to!

Draft Kings might as well start taking bets on your family’s Monopoly games, and on the bridge get-togethers at your local senior citizens center.

Yeah, and we’re supposed to believe he was editor of the Harvard Law Review. BTW, has anybody found anything yet that he actually wrote?

If, as any sane human would hope, this whole corona thing sputters out and the US death toll remains lower than the regular flu, all the media energy invested in charging this pandemic hype will wind up in the Trump reelection batteries.

They will try to deny him, but he will take credit for saving us from the worst of it.

Good time for Netflix, Hulu, etc. Everybody is now going to be sitting at home watching movies.

Bet there is a baby boom nine months from now.

At least I won’t have to watch the Gators blow another 18-point lead.

But it does suck about Baseball season, the Gators were #1 and 16-0.
