It appears that the criminal used same-sex marriage laws to force her slave to marry her so she wouldn't be in fear that her slave would be deported.

"Hunaity required the victim to sleep on a bed in a public space in Hunaity’s homes, including in the kitchen. In 2018, Hunaity forced the victim to marry her so that the victim could obtain legal residence and Hunaity could continue to force her to work without fear of the victim being deported."

70 months? I think 9 years plus one day would be more appropriate.

All cultures are equal, and if your Holy Book promotes slavery, rape and abuse of women, then who are we to judge?

Meanwhile, Whitey is blamed for the slavery that ended before he was born.

4.8 years

Propagandists.

They want us to trust the justice system and they refuse to be transparent.

Less incarceration than her victim.

If the offender had been a guy with all the other same details, LE would have thrown away the key.

Big Media would have also called it “’sexual’ slavery”.

In addition to the prison term, Judge Kugler sentenced Al Hunaity to three years of supervised release.

"Alia Imad Faleh Al Hunaity"? No mention if she was born here or emigrated. If the latter, why wasn't she stripped of her citizenship and sent back home?

There oughtta be a law - conviction of a crime strips any immigrant of citizenship and deportation.

After she got married she should have turned on the soaps, gotten a big glass of wine and told Hunaity to make her own dinner. If Hunaity complained, then the “new wife” could claim spousal abuse, place a restraining order against Hunaity, ask for 50% assets, house payments and spousal support.
