At least he let Matt Bracken guest host an hour or two of his show, so he wasn’t there to interrupt him every 10 seconds.

Alex jones and Infowars are self serving hysteria driven

Jones does not understand DUI laws. His “theory” as to why he’s innocent probably won’t fly

You don’t understand DUI laws any better than Jones does

.98 is presumptive. You can still be charged if you have alcohol in your blood stream and are driving erratically

Plus your data show that his BAC was climbing

As with most jerks who drink and drive Alex is in complete denial

He hasn’t been cleared. He bonded out. He still has to show up in court. As usual Infowars is not a reliable source for real news

They’re going to have a hell of time proving it.

He has been the most toxic influence I could name on several young people I know. They’re paranoid about everything, think everyone is out to get them. It’s sucked all the joy out of every day living. There’s no talking them out of it because they just think they’re in on secrets that nobody else knows.

45 in a 40. To get a conviction below the .08 limit, they have to demonstrate impaired driving. That isn’t 45 in 40. That’s more like running a red light, or 58 in a 40, weaving out of the lane, getting involved in an accident of some sort.

He is wrong here and there. But he is far more accurate than FOX, which is orders of magnitude more accurate than any of the others in the MSM.

Jones was pulled over Monday night in Travis County for speeding 45 mph in a 40-mph zone.

He was stopped for driving 45 mph in a 40-mph zone?

Someone from Texas please step in state that people are not being stopped for driving 5 miles an hour over a 40-mph speed limit in the Lone Star State.

It is incredibly low in every state. The limit in Texas was .12 before FedGov bullied Texas into changing it.

If it weren't for Alex Jones, we'd be missing out on six things:

Millie Weaver

Kaitlin Bennett

Lee Ann McAdoo

Local TV news has reported that he was not legally drunk.
The arresting cop said he made the arrest because of a “feeling” he had even though test proved Jones innocent. ....

So Jones was arrested by a snowflake cop because of “feelings” .

What entitlement? He owns his website and used it to tell his side of the story. As everyone has the right to do.

You are better to not answer than say no. If a breathalyzer proves you had been drinking, the judge will not be happy if you lied to the cop.

Blowing over is drunk driving per se, which means they need no other evidence. You are correct that blowing under does not mean you can’t be charged with dui; it just makes it a lot harder for the prosecution to prove.
