Harvey? Deserves whatever he gets. Fair trial? I don’t believe a politically generated trial can ever be fair these days . I do not see justice in trials in America anymore. So many activist judges put in place by Obama and Clinton precludes the ability to get a fair trial.
If they are trying to drum up sympathy for Harvey, I don’t think it’s working.

As far as I’m concerned, you can either go and accuse him of sexual harassment, or you can take the job he’s offering you in exchange for the sex.

In criminal cases such as rape it’s the jury that decides guilt or innocence, not the judge.
Yes slimy lawyers on both sides present their ‘story’ and the one with the best story wins.

And as currently sits, anything he says will be discounted.
One of the things both Weinstein and Epstein have in common: the both were buddies of Hillary.

Its become a sham. More swamp. Lawyers want to win regardless of the facts. OJ had his dream team. He got away with murder. (Then was convicted of protecting his property....but that is a bastardization of Justice) Those innocent of the same crime rot in jail. Whatever happened to a constitutionally protected speedy trial. So much wrong out there.
I agree with our legal system rules as written by the founding fathers. That however is not the current paradigm.
