Harvey? Deserves whatever he gets. Fair trial? I don’t believe a politically generated trial can ever be fair these days . I do not see justice in trials in America anymore. So many activist judges put in place by Obama and Clinton precludes the ability to get a fair trial.
In criminal cases such as rape it’s the jury that decides guilt or innocence, not the judge.
