Of those 60,694 “recoveries”, 58,000 plus are as reported by the Communist Chinese. Right now China is reporting 80,000 plus infections growing at a very small rate or perhaps not at all.
Reading this you could congratulation the Chinese on their great success in halting the spread of the Coronavirus. Or you could accuse them of lying.

You could either look at the Chinese numbers for no good reason or you can look at the So. Korean numbers to try to figure out what's really going on.
