Used to be the first treatments would dang near kill ya and then ya got better if you were lucky and it worked. They have come a long way.
Hang in there and remember a positive attitude is invaluable when confronted with challenges like this.
Both wifey and I have done the chemo and interferon regimens over the years , some treatments were old fashioned and some more up to date. All of them worked but in this crazy world, who knows what waits behind the next door.

Glad to hear but 2 comments. One don’t expect immediate reactions. Sometimes it takes a while before it gets to you.
2 it all depends on the medications and doses given. My sister despite several changes over the years generally didn’t have real bad effects. The worst was usually complete exhaustion by the 2nd day fora couple days. She also had some metallic taste and later treatments lost her hair. But the exhaustion was the thing she could count on so she just slept for 2 days then popped out ready to run.
Again all of this varies depending on the mix of medication.
