There are many videos on youtube in which people discuss their experience with COVID-19. Here are two and two which were posted on the WHO website discussing what the virus does and how to reduce your risk of infection.
There is also a link to WHO which gives basic recommendations to avoid contacting the virus. Essentially they're the same as avoiding the flu:

WHO Recommendations for Prevention:
Wash your hands frequently
Maintain social distancing
Avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth
Practice respiratory hygiene
If you have fever, cough and difficulty breathing, seek medical care early
Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider
(Avoid contact with pangolins)

The baking soda thing actually works. I think that it was even used in the 1918 Spanish Flu.
Keep yourself protected with Vitamin C, as much as you can comfortably consume, 3 grams per day plus, and magnesium. You will be fine.

well its going to be difficult for me since I work in a hospital with very sick people coughing, sneezing, choking, pooping and peeing and some vomiting.....
