Democrats are Fabian Socialists. They want to move slowly and quietly toward a Worker’s Paradise. Obama made good progress. Hillary was a bridge too far and they lost some ground. They need to continue to lie and fool people and move toward “Progressivism” in a quiet way.

But Bernie is a full-blown Bolshevik. He ruins everything.

The DNC comes in two flavors.

Those who no longer feel the need to pretend they aren’t socialist, just as Bernie no longer feels the need to pretend he’s not a Democrat.

Those who still feel the need to pretend that they aren’t.

But in both instances there is nothing remaining of the old extreme Left that is extreme to the DNC anymore. That’s why everything looks like the extreme Right to them.

They probably consider McGovern to be right of center.
