Okay, so I did hear/read that right. It doesn’t make any sense. He just awkwardly pasted together two unrelated concepts to make a silly platitude. Why can’t builders prescribe drugs? Why can’t accountants sell whiskey? Why can’t a customer service representative perform a colonoscopy? It makes no sense. Was he stoned?
They already do for long term care. Looks like Newsom never heard of it.
