Why can’t accountants sell whiskey? Why can’t a customer service representative perform a colonoscopy? It makes no sense. Was he stoned?

Having seen multiple post and multiple articles on this, unless I missed it no mention has been made of who’s going to pay for it.

More proof the left is thoroughly incapable of governing when you hear idiocy like this.
The areas they are currently destroying with their policies will take decades to fix if ever.
And by whose standards will this housing be provided? Will it be A trailer? Single family 3 bedroom? A condo? Townhouse? Can the “victim” pick out options like paint colors, granite, carpet or hardwoods, garage, tankless water heater? Who will pay the utilities, trash pick up and property taxes? When/if sold who gets the equity? Who pays for upkeep like lawn, mulch etc? Also, what happens if the toilet breaks or the roof needs repair etc?
$1,000/mo universal basic income, a free house, free healthcare, my SS retirement and my 401K...........never knew life could be so good.
