A Maine veteran is sharing video of a delivery driver fixing a fallen American flag at his home.
David L. Price shared video from his surveillance cameras on Facebook as a thank you to the man.
In the surveillance video, the driver from Dead River Company sees the flag on the ground and puts it back up.
Price was a Marine and served in the Gulf War. He says he shared the video with Dead River Company, too, and the president called to thank him.
Sunday is the 75th anniversary of the iconic flag-raising on Mount Suribachi on Iwo Jima.
Good guy especially while luging that heavy smelly fuel oil hose to the house.
went the xtra mile in my OP
i’m a runner and i can’t tell you how many US Flags i see strewn all over the place on my runs because people put the little flags out for Flag day or Memorial Day and forget about them...certain times of the year i am always picking them up and trying to find a safe place to plant them back in the ground..
good video
