Steven Spielberg's adopted 23-year-old daughter Mikaela has revealed she is working as a porn star, while opening up about the sexual abuse that she suffered as a child.
In a new interview, the Nashville-based adult film star, who was adopted as a baby by Spielberg, 73, and his wife Kate Capshaw, 66, revealed that she only recently told her parents about her new line of work, but said that they have been very supportive of her career choice.
'My safety has always been a number one priority for them,' she told The Sun, while revealing that she broke the news to them via FaceTime over the weekend. 'I'm doing this, not out of an urge to hurt anybody or be spiteful about it, I'm doing this because I want to honor my body in a way that's lucrative.'
Describing herself as a 'sexual creature', Mikaela went on to explain that she was eager to find a way to 'capitalize on her body', having grown frustrated with working in a more traditional job that 'wasn't satisfying her soul'.
She also shared that her new career has given her a feeling of empowerment and confidence that she never thought she'd be able to have, with the budding stripper revealing that she suffered abuse at the hand of 'predators' as a child, which later sparked a series of mental health issues.

xactly how is he supposed to stop it.
People have no idea about the limits on families of the mentally ill.
Sorry, but I worked in mental health. What I said stands.
++++++++++++++++++++
Ok expert.
How?
How can he stop what she is doing?
How can anyone stop what a late age mentally ill adolescent/adult is doing?
Spit it out expert.
I want to be able to use your skills.
Yes, she will have male companionship, but twoputt was talking about "good men". Men with self respect do not marry women like her.
Obviously I hit a personal nerve.
If so, I am sorry for your predicament. And you are right, I do not know the situation, but have seen enough abused girls to know this one is trying to overcome abuse by reinterpreting the abuse with more abuse.
Each situation is different. Trying to deal with an mentally ill adult is extremely trying and difficult fraught with heartache and many sleepless nights.
She’s applied for a Tennessee Strippers License, DJ.
Sounds like she’s doing self made solo videos. This is likely just attention whoring and/or Steve doesn’t give her a big enough allowance.
Ehh... if the little bimbo wants to be a stripper, that’s on her.
She’s Speilberg’s problem.
Yes. Some good stuff.
“Ford vs. Ferrari” was excellent. A celebration of American inventiveness, production, combined with Brit grit.
*”Bad Boys for Life”-—virtually no politics, good humor, married man concerned about being around to support his family, bachelor worried that after 20 years on the force he has no one, no wife.
*The Amazon series “The Expanse,” about a future where earthers have gotten lazy and fat while the Mars colony has developed into a type of Sparta, and those living in the Belt (colonies) want their independence.
This....is how Hollyweird raises their children...hands off, turned heads, sickos...for the very most part. (I know there are exceptions, but I think this type of childhood is typical, in that forsaken town/industry.)
I imagine, for the most part, they collect these kids, like a menagerie, only to neglect them and NOT provide a loving enrivonment, because they themselves are depraved.
I’m not talking exclusively about films/series, I’m talking about what it does to the people, the culture, etc. Those “raised” in that cesspool.
Yet you have Chris Pratt, Jon Voight, Vince Vaughn, Jim Caveziel, Mel Gibson, Clint Eastwood, etc.
A drop in the bucket, unfortunately.
