George Zimmerman sues Pete Buttigieg, Elizabeth Warren for $265 million

George Zimmerman wants a day in court against two of the leading Democratic presidential contenders, accusing them of defamation.

In a lawsuit filed Tuesday in Florida, the man who killed Trayvon Martin in self-defense in 2012 accused Pete Buttigieg and Sen. Elizabeth Warren of “maliciously defam[ing]” Mr. Zimmerman, using the killing “as a pretext to demagogue and falsely brand Zimmerman as a white supremacist and racist to their millions of Twitter followers.”

Mr. Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges on traditional self-defense grounds, because Martin attacked him and beat his head against the ground, supposedly for profiling the black teen while on a neighborhood-watch shift.

Something I point out is that there were really two separate encounters that night.

The first, essentially instigated by Zimmerman as he looked to Martin, ended when Martin had successfully left the area and could have, had he chosen to, gone home.

The first encounter did not end in Martin’s death.

The second encounter started when Martin, already free and clear, decided to turn back and confront Zimmerman and it was this decision, one made entirely by Martin who alone was responsible for it, that led to his death.

I do not know why Martin chose to do this but I suspect it was because he felt disrespected and by the time he saw Zimmerman he had decided to beat the crap out of him for that cause alone.

Being disrespected is not a valid cause to engage in a felony assualt, one with intent, so while I feel confident to say on account of Martin being behind the second encounter that he did not die because he was black he did probably die for his own sense of what might be called blackness.

how many white men and women had their 25th birthdays stolen from then by black murderers? You can bet that number is staggering compared to white on black murders.

The dem party has become nothing more than a “hate whitey party”. How any white person can vote for them is beyond me. It’s not that the republicans are much better.

He deserves much more than that.

My impressions of Spike as an adult lead me to believe that he should have been beaten up as a child by anyone with the opportunity.

It’s debatable.

Frankly, from a black person I would consider cracker to be a racist comment and creepy ass the additional pejorative.

Not the other way around.

No matter what it was Martin that instigated the encounter that led to his death ... just as it was Brown in Ferguson that did the same. Their blood is on their own hands.

I recall that Zimmerman sued NBC (over the doctored 911 tape), but some Democrat judge in Florida tossed out the lawsuit.

Yep, the old circular logic that Zimmerman was a public figure (which NBCs coverage made him), and then relied on the flawed ruling that public figures essentially can be libeled and slandered at will.

The testimony from Martins friend pretty clearly stated that the reason he went was because he decided Zimmerman was gay.

As I said, I’ve heard black people use the term cracker enough simply referring to white people to take creepy ass as the added pejorative.

Getting a glare from some white guy, being disrespected, is enough and consistent with attitudes any young men bear and doesn’t require anyone reading faggotry into it.

That take is unnecessary.

I am aware that ‘cracker’ itself is akin to ‘redneck’.

Her usage suggested more.

I recall some concern for Trayvon’s little brother, as well.

That whole trial result was blown out of proportion by the media led locally by two politicians one the President of the United States and a state pol named Wilson.Obama has been given a complete pass. Take for example his unchallenged abuse of the Bully Pulpit during and after the Zimmerman trial where he initiated, then reinforced, comments (and developed policies such as support for BLM (black lives matter ) directed toward encouraging resistance to police engaged in a lawful action claiming racial division which has continued through today’s anti white sloganeering. By employing political techniques and strategies used to create division by socialists nazis and soviets.

When those initial Obama statements resulted in inciting black gangs knowing very likely the comments would be interpreted then as attacks on black honor. They responded by score of attacks on police and non whites which resulted into lifelong injuries and deaths through their assaults. Which the complaisant media avoided making any connection to those Obama remarks even though in some cases gang members arrested for those attacks had done so referencing the name of Obama’s alleged victim Treyvon Martin as their rationale for their attack. One such victim Christopher Lane from Melbourne Australia was here on a scholarship from a Duncan Oklahoma college was gun down from a vehicle driven by Crypt members while he was exercising running down a Duncan street.

I’ve witnessed, just for example, a black youth calling her two white friends Crackers in casual conversation, in public, as if it was the most ordinary thing in the world ... and they were not rednecks. Cracker may have once meant redneck but it’s usage seems to have widened considerably.
