Democrat presidential hopeful Joe Biden spoke in Hudson, New Hampshire, this week and told attendees that it is “rational” to prohibit “50 clips in a weapon.” Ryan Saavedra quoted Biden maligning the absence of “a rational policy” that makes it illegal to have “20, 30, 40, 50 clips in a weapon.” Also in Hudson, Biden intimated that gun owners who cling to their AR-15s and AK-47s are no match for the government. He made reference to gun owners who quote Thomas Jefferson’s statement on the tension that exists between free men and the rulers who wish to subjugate them, a statement that includes Jefferson’s observation that “the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants.”

I imagine it’s possible, but it would be a crew-served platform of some kind, and maybe on wheels.
Biden is so inept, he makes these statements not knowing what he is saying. The clips hold the bullets. The weapon holds the clip full of the bullets. As fast as you pull the trigger the bullets will then fly at a fast clip.
Leftists like Biden are ignorant about _everything_.
Of course, Biden has senility to take the crazy to another level.
Joe Biden almost died after suffering an aneurysm while serving in the Senate, but the surgeon who operated on his brain says that the incident shouldn’t hold him back in his pursuit of the presidency. Perhaps the surgeon cut away some basic logic neurons to turn him into a moron.
