This will be overturned for those distressed by Trump’s re-election.

FR’s own libtardarians insist one doesn’t need a reason to get addicted ............ er ............... develop a dependency .............. uh ................. engage in chronic, long term habitual use of marijuana.

There have been times when being a fan of the 49ers under the ownership of the York family caused me to consider the merits of assisted suicide.

Does that also mean that the FR statist wing believes that we needed a Constitutional Amendment to ban booze (and another Amendment to repeal) but it’s ok to grant Leviathan an unenumerated power to prohibit the sale of marijuana?

If they don’t give licenses to Ron Paul fans or Buttigieg fans, then no one will get licenses.

It's always amusing the way you addled hypocrites insist upon wording the question so as to support your drug dependency. But, yeah, definitely ban booze as well. And tobacco.
They are all a pox upon society.

Your Democrat-like love of pure brute force over the rule of law is the only addiction in this case.

Conservatives learn from history - including how Prohibition did more harm than good - while statists of all stripes refuse to (as it would spoil their fun).
