How do Harry, who will never ascend to the throne, and Meghan, a D list actress, warrant speaking fees of 500k to 1,000k??

If true that “the Queen is remarkably relaxed about Harry and Meghan’s money making ventures.” that probably means the Queen expects that the Royal Family will be skimming some of those profits from Harry’s share.
This may explain why they are being allowed to market themselves based on being Royals, in spite of shabby treatment from the couple.
When all is said and done, passive income is still money, no matter where it comes from.

There are no royal duties. Welcome to being an ordinary person, “prince.” In reality, there is no royalty and we’re all ordinary people.

Harry and Meghan will be the highest-paid speakers that exist on the corporate market.
Really? What in Gods name in their history makes them such stunning speakers they get that kind of money for an appearance?
We live in interesting times.

"Ronn Torossian, CEO of New York-based firm 5W Public Relations, said he expects the couple to have made between $500,000 and $1million (£387,000 and £775,000) from the appearance."
Corporatism is an ugly mistress! Long live small businesses and fiscal temperance in the face of hyper-covetness consumerism along with out-of-control public spending.

To show that there are no hard feelings, Prince Phillip should gift Meg-hen a midnight drive to see the lights of Paris. I understand the drive through the tunnel is something you will remember for the rest of your life.

I highly doubt anyone is requesting these two sussexes come to anything, and if the media is smart, it won’t cover them.
