CHICAGO — The brutal beating of a 68-year-old man by 11 teens on a passenger train here Monday was captured in a disturbing, graphic video obtained by Fox News.
The Chicago Police Department told Fox News the beating is under investigation, but no one is in custody because the victim “was unable to identify his attacker(s) due to his injuries.” A police source told Fox that the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office “wouldn’t touch” the case if the victim can’t identify those accused or is unable to cooperate.

What my — I have no legal role as attorney general in the state of Florida. That authority is left to the state attorneys. But what I did do was I discussed with the governor the appointment of Angela Corey, a special prosecutor in Jacksonville who’s well removed from the case. She’s absolutely excellent. And the Florida Department of Law Enforcement are now involved in the case.
The reason, Piers, I can’t comment on “Stand Your Ground”, whether that applies here because there are too many unanswered questions. And, you know, that’s why the family is rightfully upset. When you have an innocent 17-year-old boy walking home with Skittles and an iced tea and he’s killed, you have to have answers, not questions. And that’s what we need in our state.
Avoid ferals . ..at all costs.

Another old white man gets attacked by black teens? I guess the FBI statistic where 90% of interracial crime between blacks and whites are perpetrated by blacks.
Some animals never lose the pack mentality and ability to work together when attacking their prey.
I’d gtfo of Cook County right now. Illinois too, for that matter.

Well, it’s good to know that after getting away with a brutal beating, these teens no doubt have all of this violence out of their systems, and will go on to be peaceful, law abiding citizens.
Yeah there’s never a pattern of violence. :)

My parents grew up with gangsters in the 30s and 40s.
Some very well known. They are brutal I’m sure.
But the older people in the neighborhood left their doors unlocked and were looked after.
My mother tells me how they were always gentlemen and showed her such respect.
They were still animals and I’m sure they had no problem hurting one.
But very rarely for no reason and NEVER like this.
This is an abomination.
The US Justice department should make full use of hate crimes statutes and take over investigation if the sorry schitcago ‘law enforcers’ won’t do it.
Getting the crap kicked out of you by a large group of teens is a quintessentially white experience.
Last month, I was attacked by a “youth” and ended up with a dislocated elbow. Hey then got up and pepper sprayed the jerk and he went running away. The cops identified the perp, but will not file charges because they said it would be mutual assault since I attacked back.
Those youths should be prosecuted just to inconvenience them...

They just don’t even try. They even do really stupid stuff, like say people committed suicide when it’s clearly not what happened, or even could have happened.
