I wonder how that old man felt at the end. So sorry, I didn’t see that as funny at all. And yes, I do have a sense of humor.

I have no use for squirrels or chipmunks. Destructive creatures that I can’t get rid.
It may be nature but it isn’t funny at all. My cats would toy with bunnies and I ended up having to drown one that had been disemboweled. The cat wasn’t interested in eating it, just torturing it, as is a cat’s way to practice hunting. The screams from the tiny rabbit were just horrible.
I didn’t think it was funny, either. But I wonder if that was a stray cat, or the family’s own cat.
If it was their cat, they should have locked it up - unless this was all staged. I don’t think a feral cat would come that close to humans, even with prey in sight.
My cats wouldn’t know what to do with anything bigger than a mouse. They’re afraid of my pigeons.
