With the Super Bowl comes a slew of commercials vying for viewers' attention. During advertising's biggest night, companies and organizations forked over up to $5.6 million for 30 seconds with nearly 100 million people tuning into the big game.
This year, Hyundai and Jeep made the "best of" list with their whimsical humor by poking fun at Boston accents and reuniting the Groundhog Day cast, Punxsutawney Phil included. Google struck heartstrings with a quiet message about aging and remembrance. Cheetos and Doritos both played off exaggerated dancing to good effect.
Meanwhile, Pop-Tarts and a Hard Rock action-movie commercial failed to connect with viewers.

i liked the depiction of the children in the womb and how they should be protected.True, I felt the performers were suggesting the need for concealed carry for women to protect themselves from sexual perverts. Nice they are pro 2A.

I enjoy watching the The Who halftime show on Youtube every now and then. That’s about it.

Recorded the game and it was over in about 40 minutes. Fast forwarded through all the commercials except one(Trump ad) and halftime show.

The new advertising executives are recent college graduates. They cannot offend anyone except Christian males as Nazis, so they reject humor.
Everything is a social justice cause.
Basically the new college grads are damaged ignoramuses.
And they paid good money to become a moron.

I've been a Jeep fan (and owner) for a very long time, so I'm a bit biased in the matter, but I thought they always had great superbowl ads. It's still hard to beat their "Portraits" add from the Jeep 75th anniversary a few years ago:

I was only half paying attention to the commercials due to the SJW wokeness of it all. Missed groundhog day, Bloomberg, etc. Going to check the good ones out on youtube. My favorite was Trump’s ad.

There was a Super Bowl ?
Yes, there was. And seeing SJW Richard Sherman toasted repeatedly by the KC QB was worth the price of admission.

You've nailed it. Corporate marketing departments have filled-up with the same people. It's why huge corporations cave on everything when a few angry SJW's start tweeting.

One thing that really hurt the commercials this year was that the untimely passing of Kobe Bryant changed a LOT of commercial campaigns for the Super Bowl. That's why a lot of people said the ads felt "off" compared to the past.

Do all white couples have black kids?
Youre behind the times. There are no white couples any more, only mixed race couples. White people in general are stupid, with white men men being the worst. All traditional mens jobs are now being performed by women, mostly black or Hispanic women. If you dont believe me just watch commercials on TV.
