Biden poked the black voter’s chest several times as he lectured him about his record.
“Go back to 1986. I’m the first one ever to, first one ever to put forward a climate change bill and Politifact said it was a game changer,” Biden said poking the man’s chest.
“I’ve been working my whole life,” he added as he abruptly walked away.
Biden has a problem touching people and getting in their personal space.

Someone is going to deck him after he assaults the wrong guy. Then he can do a big pushup to get himself off the floor, then go for a run to get his face fixed at an Iowa hospital when he thinks he’s in New Hampshire. That will be impressive.

I would think that all one would have to do is to, as politely as possibly, push his hand away and say, “Please don’t touch. That’s inappropriate. I don’t like,” or something to that effect. It would either be on film or witnessed by people. I don’t see how a person doing that could get in that much trouble, especially a female.
I think exactly that happened already, and it was on the news.

Maybe the whole statement should be “Please don’t touch me. That’s inappropriate. I don’t like it. Why do you always have to touch people? Why do you always keep doing that? What is wrong with you? Don’t you realize how bad that looks? Why should any woman vote for a man who doesn’t understand touching a woman he doesn’t know is wrong? Trump doesn’t touch women at his rallies and there are so many there he could touch.”
That would be great on film.
