Meghan Markle, Prince Harry, set to become 'billionaires' after Megxit
Fox News ^ | 1/29/2020 | Julius Young

LOS ANGELES – Harvey Levin not only has his thumb on the pulse of Hollywood, but the lively lawyer is also plugged into the goings-on within the royal family in a big way.

Fox News went inside the studios of Thirty Mile Zone (TMZ) and sat down with Levin, who founded the outlet, to pick his brain about what viewers can expect to see from Prince Harry and Meghan Markle following their announcement earlier this month that they will take "a step back” as senior members of the royal family.

Levin was tapped by FOX to executive produce “Harry & Meghan: The Royals in Crisis,” an all-new one-hour TMZ special investigation into the couple’s decision. The probe will “cut through the noise, inaccuracies and speculation surrounding the couple’s surprise announcement,” the media release said.

When asked explicitly how Prince Harry, 35, and Markle, 38, might be able to carve out a niche for themselves, Levin said the pair will have no problem earning big money and told Fox News that after speaking with Mark Cuban -- the “Shark Tank” star and owner of the Dallas Mavericks -- he believes they’ll become billionaires.

“Make no mistake about it, Harry and Meghan are incredibly marketable, incredibly marketable," Levin said. "I mean, we talked to Mark Cuban, who knows a thing or two about branding and business and entertainment, and he thinks they're going to be billionaires, and the reason is simple.

“They are sought-after people. They are young, beautiful, intelligent, interesting people and Oprah [Winfrey] has already partnered with Harry on a mental health docuseries,” the "Objectified" host continued of the pair, who said in their Jan. 8. announcement that they will "work to become financially independent" of the crown.

Harry is just like his great uncle Edward VIII who gave up the throne, because he was a coward and a wimp, to marry the Wallis Simpson, another divorcee.

****

Any cake left?

They are planning to monetize their trademarked brand “Sussex Royal”. Could be any of hundreds of items under the categories of printed matter, clothing, campaigning, charitable fundraising, education and social care services.

That’s somewhat inaccurate to be honest yes the royal family receives taxpayer dollars no question of that but they also have royal family assets handed down through several dynasties

Stuart to Hanoverian to Windsor and so forth which creates much of Their income

The queen alone is estimated to have 500 million in assets of this nature

More importantly the crown Estate which gives nothing to the royals is estimated at 80 to 100 billion

Which owns and manages and pays for many many Parks and institutions and lands and real estate etc. enjoyed by the public and which cash flows into the economy which More than offset any tax dollars spent on the royals

So they get to use their Sussex title?

these two are pompous little shits, and in time nobody is going fall for their crap.

Esp the younger generation in this country.

She’s hated in Britain, and I doubt very much that the Canadians appreciate spending money for their security.

Which raises the point, what if they’re kidnapped?

I have this theory, that if you tell people what you’re going to do, you seldom end up doing it, unless you’re a young Cassius Clay and even then it’s not easy.

Look at this forum her Free Republic. I don’t think there’s another group of free thinkers as you have here.

I’ve posted a number of times, and seen others. Just when you think you’ve got a clever idea or thought, you get blasted.

No... No way these two make any money by tapping off the royalty they’ve chosen to reject.

I read somewhere that the monarchy costs each Brit about 50 cents annually? Can that be true?

Being a Royal is a great government job and you know that as very few people quit.

My understanding is that the publisher who gave Obama 65 million was the recipient of a government contract of over 300 million while Obama was in office.

See how that works?

I don’t share the admiration and worship of royalty of many of my countrymen. The USA ended its relationship with the British Royalty in the Revolution. We do not have a king or a queen. I hate seeing the “royal family” pictures on popular rag magazines.

This is a country in which political power is given through the vote, not through inheritance of genes. (I know the left has corrupted it here, but that’s the peoples’ fault.)

I don’t feel sorry for this “royal” couple. I said before that they will be making a lot of money with TV appearance, and magazine photos.

Likely a good thing Edward VIII abdicated - he did England and the world a favor. It appears he was attracted to strong people because he was so weak. What a sad useless life.

One thing about Harry - he’ll be doing his own thing now, not told what to do by the courtiers of The Firm. I don’t blame him for wanting free of that.

I had a Chinese Lyft driver the other day who told me about Chinese culture - you have to do what your parents want so you don’t dishonor the family. The driver came here to study computer science, changed his mind and is studying film making - his parents are upset but he said he’s never going back. He loves it here because you can choose your own destiny...something most of us take for granted.

I think Harry is a bit like the Chinese guy. His wife is another matter...obviously I don’t know her but my opinion is gold digger - and she hit a big one.

Yes, Obamas’ deal could be a straight-up kick-back, although I doubt they are foolish enough to have negotiated it themselves, or had any traceability of such to themselves.

But what about Harry and Meghan? They can’t offer the corporate media any government contracts, or favorable legislation.

“I have NO idea why someone would give the Obama’s $65 million for a book deal. It seems absolutely ridiculous to me — but it happened nonetheless.”

The Obamas (and the Clintons) already did or could do some meaningful favors and pull some strings for the $65 million. What can Halfwit and MeGain do for anyone for such big money?

Harry paid a pretty price to be a billionaire. He still won’t be happy especially when Meg dumps him. They are hated by so many that I think their plans will backfire. Hollywood idiots may worship them but no one else does.

I can’t help but think, Harry loved the Royal life. Then he meets this gal, who is by any standards is not a tremendous catch.

If you watch the body language with her, it’s obvious. She pulls him down to sit on the couch when he’s standing, she’s got this obvious phony smile...

All American males know this type. She’s not the sweet lady his mother was.

I’ve dated gals like this, and left in a cloud of dust.

You think I might be wrong...? Look at her opinion of Trump. It’s typical left wing liberal BS, and old Harry follows along.

No..this guy is just like his wimpy great uncle.

The only way these two make any money, is if they have some kind of reality show...ala The Kardashians...

but what is going to be The Royals? So, in the end they cash in on being what they’ve avoided trying to be.

Maybe Harry can be bush pilot in Canada and fly in fishing groups...

Harry isn’t accustom to roughing it, when it comes to the freedom and security of having money, lots of money.

The wife brings nothing to the table other than to have his children...THE TRUE VALUE TO THE MARRIAGE..

BUT SHE SAID SHE’S DONE HAVING CHILDREN.

I’m giving this marriage maybe 5 more years...before the rumor mill starts...
