Note: Virginia 2nd Amendment Sanctuaries Just yesterday I was kidding about this no kidding! Introduced by West Virginia Sen. Trump... oh the #RustyIrony!
WDVM (CHARLESTON) The West Virginia Senate will consider today a resolution drafted and introduced by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles S. Trump, IV, R-Morgan, which reminds the citizens of Frederick County, Virginia, that Frederick County, Va. has a standing invitation to become part of the State of West Virginia.
Even though it has been more than 150 years, I wanted to make sure that the people of Frederick County know that our affection for them remains strong, and our desire for Frederick County to be reunited with the West Virginia counties to which she gave birth has not diminished, Senator Trump said.

In 1863, western counties of Virginia loyal to the union, seceded from the state to form the new state West Virginia... maybe its time for 1863 part two? Itd be a trip if the government of West Virginia voted to welcome the annexing of the 2nd Amendment sanctuary Virginia counties to their state!
Could start a trend?
It’s fitting that Frederick county’s county seat is
Winchester.
Article IV, Section 3:
New states may be admitted by the Congress into this union; but no new states shall be formed or erected within the jurisdiction of any other state; nor any state be formed by the junction of two or more states, or parts of states, without the consent of the legislatures of the states concerned as well as of the Congress.
Technically, Winchester is an independent city. I don't fully understand how a city that is not part of a county can still be its county seat. Maybe someone from Virginia can explain.
I think the USA may need to be re-invented. I don’t see how the Normal people are going to be allowed to live alongside the Socialists.
If we do stay mostly together, I wonder if we should establish “city-states” — NYC, Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, etc. They might have some political power (maybe 3/5 of the power of a real state or perhaps 50%. Maybe 1 Senator and token representation in the House). I would imagine PA having 2 Conservative senators and Philadelphia having 1 Socialist senator.
Most counties could represent the State itself. Urban cores which are largely filled with clients of the government (government employees, welfare cases, etc.) could be considered separately.
On the national level we would certainly be more Conservative.
Alternatively, we could abolish the 17th Amendment and return to State Legislatures appointing Senators. That way the Senate would represent the State rather than the DNC.
Just split up the USA into three or four parts and have a mutual defense treaty (Which the socialists countries won’t live up too ).
I have made this prediction on this forum a couple of times; being there are no clear demarcation lines of which State is a certain color (red, blue, shade of purple) and there are urban enclaves of deep blue within deep red states such as my beloved Texas (God Bless Texas) it would be impossible to define new state or especially two or three new countries. Consequently, I foresee the evolution toward sem-autonomous regions that transcend state boundaries and may or may not be included within its surrounding region. Political and economic power may ebb and flow depending upon current events. At any rate, as time passes centralization of power will diminish and federalism will ascend toward perhaps some sort of loose confederacy whos basic and fundamental responsibility will be national defense. At any rate, change is a coming...
Constitution? WTF is that? Some old outdated document written by a bunch of old SOBs back in the days of a racial run country?
Screw it. They (the new National Socialist party of America) wont follow it so why should we.
How to counter this? The majority of states call a convention and KICK the socialist states to HELL OUT of the Union.
Which would be the northeast and the west coast I would guess. Keep the counties within those state who want to remain-like Northern CA. etc.
I believe that is required only when "new" states are created.
