Live from Virginia Assembly Building
Loose rounds ^ | Jan 13, 2020 | Shawn

There are thousands and thousands of folks here for today’s Judiciary Committee meeting on universal background checks, red flag laws, one handgun a month law etc.

I’ve seen at least a few thousand and am currently a couple hallways away from the meeting room.

The committee has decided that Moms Demand Action shirt wearers get to go to the front of the line!

The State Police just came out and said the committee decided they get equal representation in the meeting room!

They make up less than 1% (less than 0.5% or fewer) of the line but they are going to the front.

This is ludicrous and not equal representation of folks who are here!!!

Yes, they get a say, BUT, each side has an EQUAL say.

If that does not happen, and I suspect it will, then there is a real problem and you, me, and the rest of us know what has to happen.

At that time...

I am concerned that nothing short of armed resistance is going to stop these meatheads.....

The last time that Virginia democrats started a civil war, it turned out badly for them (yes, I know it’s more complicated than that). I hope they will think this through.

The Maryland General Asylum has one good thing going for it. Any citizen can address the asylum. In 2013, the last time they succeeded in a massive gun grab, over 1200 citizens testified. As I recall, less than 10 were in favor so of course it passed overwhelmingly

Democracy (by Democrats) in action.
This is about what I expected of them.
Emulating the way Nancy Pelosi jammed Obamacare through.

Pffft, surely you are not surprised?
This is just how it was done in Nevada too.
No doubt a LOT of the “Mom’s” are also from out of state.
Their comments will be taken as absolute truth, bringing tears to the eyes of the legisctitters. No matter how absurd or obviously made-up.
But YOUR (All pro-RKBA) truthful statements will be dismissed as mere “Anecdote” and irrelevant.
The D’s have control, and they will attempt to control every nuance of the hearings leading up to their pre-determined outcome.

I understand VA does not have a recall mechanism, so start gathering funds for the court challenges now.

And EVERY pro-RKBA person there needs to get involved in the next election.
Repeal of bad “Law” is rare, but it CAN happen if enough of the seditionist are tossed from office at the next election.

Couldn’t President Trump activate the National Guard in VA to protect 2nd Amendment rights ?

One handgun a month law?

Most Virginians probably can’t really afford that but I guess there’s not much choice if it passes. Time to tighten up the belt I guess.

From related threads...

Congress to the rescue (yeah, right) of Virginia gun rights supporters whose 2nd Amendment (2A) protections are being threatened by misguided activist commonwealth officials!

If commonwealth parents were making sure that commonwealth schools are teaching their children their constitutional protections, then school children would be able to calm their pro-2A parents down by explaining the following to them.

The states have given Congress the express 14th Amendment (14A) power to make penal laws to discourage state and commonwealth actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.

From the 14th Amendment:

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 above, had included 2A when he read the Bill of Rights as main examples of constitutionally enumerated protections that 14A applies to the states.

John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See 2nd Amendment (Article II) about in middle of 2nd column.)

H O W E V E R…

We’re still stuck with a worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably munch popcorn while watching commonwealth officials take away everybody’s guns on CNN during breaks from their mock impeachment of PDJT.

The remedy for constitutionally failed federal, state and commonwealth governments…

All patriots in the country need to come to the rescue of citizens being oppressed by Virginia officials and state actors in other states.

More specifically, patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in November that will not only promise to fully support PDJT’s already excellent work for MAGA, now KAGA, but will also do this.

New patriot lawmakers also need to promise to exercise their 14A power to make penal laws that discourage state and commonwealth actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, 2A protections in this example.

Remember in November!

MAGA! Now KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)

PDJT can snatch the VaARNG out of Gov. Babykiller’s hands by Federalizing it and then ordering it to standby for orders.

It would be fun to post an armed Guardsman in front of every gun owner’s house who is under a Red Flag seizure order and say, “You shall not pass!”

Pink shirts to the front of the line? Empty gesture when thousands are outside the door. Now angrier thousands.

Equal representation under the law my Obama.

All animals are equal. But some are more equal than others.

These people think the folks on the street are Iranian protesters they can push around.

And don’t dismiss the probability that some lunatic Sanders supporter is going to open fire on the crowd. That is the fuse in the keg right now.

This is what happens when the people do not elect “representative” government. I am sure all of the union folk there love the Dems in power. And all of the Federal workers.

The discussion is not going end well.
