Congress to the rescue (yeah, right) of Virginia gun rights supporters whose 2nd Amendment (2A) protections are being threatened by misguided activist commonwealth officials!

If commonwealth parents were making sure that commonwealth schools are teaching their children their constitutional protections, then school children would be able to calm their pro-2A parents down by explaining the following to them.

The states have given Congress the express 14th Amendment (14A) power to make penal laws to discourage state and commonwealth actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated protections.

From the 14th Amendment:

In fact, the congressional record shows that Rep. John Bingham, the main author of Section 1 above, had included 2A when he read the Bill of Rights as main examples of constitutionally enumerated protections that 14A applies to the states.

John Bingham, Congressional Globe. (See 2nd Amendment (Article II) about in middle of 2nd column.)

H O W E V E R…

We’re still stuck with a worthless Congress left over from the lawless Obama Administration that will predictably munch popcorn while watching commonwealth officials take away everybody’s guns on CNN during breaks from their mock impeachment of PDJT.

The remedy for constitutionally failed federal, state and commonwealth governments…

All patriots in the country need to come to the rescue of citizens being oppressed by Virginia officials and state actors in other states.

More specifically, patriots need to elect a new patriot Congress in November that will not only promise to fully support PDJT’s already excellent work for MAGA, now KAGA, but will also do this.

New patriot lawmakers also need to promise to exercise their 14A power to make penal laws that discourage state and commonwealth actors from abridging constitutionally enumerated rights, 2A protections in this example.

Remember in November!

MAGA! Now KAGA! (Keep America Great Always!)

To: Amendment10

The Supreme Court has ruled that the states can invoke laws that are not deemed too restrictive and crap like that.

See MA where the Attorney General banned AR-15s on night in the middle of the summer, with no hearings, and no recourse.

We are living in Iran except the fundamental religion is Socialism.
