The Vikings got four turnovers and could not capitalize on them. That’s where they lost the game.Their offense was anemic.
I’d feel a lot better about the Packers if they didn’t have those two blowout losses to San Diego - oops! LA - and San Francisco.
They did not play at all well on the west coast that is for sure. Both defense and offense stunk. Every other game, except yesterday, their offense would have two good quarters and do nothing the rest of the game. Their defense has been good but had a few stinkers. Yesterday was the first complete game they played all year. They did turn the ball over, which is concerning, but they’ve not turned the ball over a lot this year. I have no idea how they will do in the playoffs, but I am very doubtful they can make it to the SB. Good start for a first year coach though.
Just got up to see if Santa left me a limp of coal in my stocking.
While Big worries about his Packers, I still got Jason running the show. At least for the next week.
My Cowboy only played four good games this year, the three that opened the season and the shellacking they gave the Rams. Other than that, more lumps of coal.
Still my Old Dallas Texans have some fire in their bellies. They will have to fulfill my childish dreams of possible Superbowl glory for this year.
Yeah, yeah, Allegra's Texicans are in the post season but I just cannot get get up any steam for them. The old Oilers, big time yeah, but the new Houston lads. Sorry, no dice, but maybe if they really get there--
Sad to say, but my picks for the big game appear to be Baltimore and Farty Niners that would be a snozer for me no matter who wins or gets beat. Same if Big's Pattycheaters get there but I have to say, I'd root for anyone against them Boston Bastards.
However if KC make it, I'll have a real horse in the race.

This thing is wide open this year. I can imagine quite a few different SB matchups considering how the season went for the teams still in contention.
KC is quietly the hottest team in the AFC. Some may think Baltimordor is, but they’ve been slowed down the last few weeks despite their wins. The Pats are showing signs of life late in the season. I’m confident in saying the Ravens, Chiefs or Pats will make it to the show.
The NFC is wide wide open. The hottest teams are the Packers (4 W’s in a row) and Eagles (3 W’s in a row), but by overall season performance you’d expect SF or NO to be the conference champion. Then again Seattle just added one of their old thugs to their thug mix. The Vikes at one point were rolling and they get their ground game back in time for the playoffs. I could see any of these teams making it to the SB.
I think the AFC entry will be favored no matter who in the NFC makes it to the SB.
Of course I like guaranteed wins so a Pats vs. Pack SB would tickle me to no end. I’d be able to declare victory even before the game. :)

Big's Pattcheaters blast the Phin as they surely have more than enough film on them to clinch a win--
Da Bears at Da Viqueens. Sorry, Imp, Thor's Tack Hammer falls on yours and small band-aids may be required--

Beasley's Bills smash the joyless Jets--
Big's Packer Wackers get a semi-bye at the Loinchops--
The Ain'ts dine on Panther meat--
The Falcons feast on Bucking Ears--
The Iggles don't miss a lick hammering my Boys' ego by beating the Jersey Jints--
Allegra's Texicans lay down the law to Allegra's Old Earlers--
While I do not have a wiff of confidence my Boys will do squat Sunday, I just cannot being myself to pick the Deadskins--
Baltimore keeps on trucking right over the Stoolers--
Denver's Mile High Ponies go out on with a bang over the Waiders--
The Rams keep their cool and slap down Aris Zona--
The Farty Niners win, then leave a bad, bad smell up in Seathugsland--
Finally, Big get enough wins to stay atop the chart as the best nose picker of the season!
I remember ooodles of FReepers swearing up and down two years ago that they were "done" with the NFL and "won't be watching anymore". People even posted videos of themselves burning NFL jerseys and memorabilia on YouTube to demonstrate how "serious" they supposedly were this time.

They later posted numerous threads on FR gloating about how "the ratings are down" and how there "tons of empty seats" to "prove" how "the boycott is working" and how this was "the end of the NFL". One FReeper even got flamed for posting a thread talking about the latest game.
That's still on, right guys? Right? Not like all these FReepers were talking out of their @$$ about "boycotting" and actually still watching the games, and the NFL was making record profits at the Superbowl. Not like that would EVER happen...
I watch the Cowboys. I check the scores on the others. Happy now?
