Has Nancy turned over the Bill to the Senate?

Supposedly not, but that process doesn't negate the vote where the President was impeached. They don't have any impeachment managers either for the 'trial'. It is done, it would take an Act by the House to reverse the finding. President Trump has to go in with Billy Jeff and Johnson. It is a fact.

Any interesting thought. Since this is an impeachment y the house, can it be considered equal to a bill moving through Congress?

I’m wondering if Nanzi is withholding it for a D Senate (Senate was the target) to be seated. If that happens in the future, can the impeachment be resurrected and pushed through, whether Trump is POTUS or not?

Bills not completed die at the end of the acting congress and must be resurrected from scratch. UT, as noted, this is not a bill.

So you’re saying that the requirement of a “formal accusation” has been met. Fair enough, but I believe there is a strong argument that Article 2 Section 4 has not been met.
