Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.

You’re giving Rush too much credit. Rush is oblivious to the deep state. He still thinks Obama, Biden, Clinton et. al. are independent actors rather than puppets dancing to the tune of their masters. Every once in a while he’ll throw out the term ‘deep state’, to sound knowledgeable, but he doesn’t really grasp its full meaning.

From a coding standpoint it could just be a double bump into the database. Sometimes in code there is a "race to conditions". If you have a lot logical statements (if this, then that) stacked on and embedded in each other, sometimes things happen twice.

These democrats who were elected to congress in districts
with patriots that voted for Trump are TRAITORS.
They KNOWINGLY voted to impeach Trump on unconstitutional
and unfounded non-crimes (legally going to the courts is not
“Obstruction of Congress”, and “Abuse of Power” is not in
the constitution as an impeachable offense).
Their constituents voted for Trump and these democrats
betrayed those constituents by voting to impeach him.
Part of the 2020 memewar NEEDS to be strategically targeting
these now VERY VULNERABLE democrats with memes so that not
only are they voted out of office but democrats lose the
House.
There are 29 democrats that voted for impeachment, and if
most of them are voted out of office the democrats will lose
the House.
When we gain in the Senate, and take back the House, the
left will be powerless and Trump will be able to have an
amazingly successful 2nd term.
Don’t forget we are waging an information war, and this and
the 2020 memewar are part of it; in addition to the regular

The “government” reported to Collyer an 82% non-compliance rate with their searches after the (Rogers driven) audit of ‘15-’16. She saw no reason to believe that number wasn’t indicative of the prior 3 or 4 years.
