IG Report Reveals McCabe Blocked Request to Remove Peter Strzok from Russia Hoax Probe
Breitbart ^ | December 19, 2019 | Aaron Klein

The FBI’s top counterintelligence agent, Bill Priestap, originally wanted controversial FBI agent Peter Strzok removed from the team investigating unsubstantiated claims of collusion between Russia and Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, the recently released Justice Department’s Inspector General report revealed.

Priestap’s request was overruled by former FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe, who served under disgraced ex-FBI chief James Comey, the report further related.

The report related that Steinbach was particularly concerned “about Strzok and [FBI attorney] Lisa Page working together because he was aware of instances where they bypassed the chain of command to advise McCabe about case related information that had not been provided to Priestap or Steinbach.”

In other words, Steinbach was concerned that McCabe was setting up communication methods about the Trump collusion case that would keep members of the FBI in the dark. Such a system would raise immediate questions about the veracity of the FBI’s Trump Russia probe.

The report continues:

Strzok told the OIG he did not ask McCabe to keep him on the investigation and does not know whether Lisa Page requested Strzok remain on the investigation in conversations with McCabe. We found no evidence that Page made any such request of McCabe.

A separate 2018 Justice Department IG report on the FBI’s Hillary Clinton probe described an extraordinary system of communication set up between Page and McCabe that bypassed the ordinary chain of command to communicate important information about the agency’s probe of Clinton’s email server.

The method of communication involved Strzok, who was romantically involved with Page, sending information on the Clinton probe to McCabe through Page, the report found

I watched that hearing yesterday because the impeachment farce was so boring.

Senator Ron Johnson has his claws into this thing and so does Senator Hawley. This one won’t disappear.

In many ways, yesterday’s impeachment hearing was a trap to get all the Democraps to bite and swallow the bait.

Now it is time to begin setting the hook and reeling them in.

The Captain of the fishing ship is Trump and Barr is his right hand mate.

We have a gov’t where rules say you must use gov’t communication devices to discuss gov’t matters.

Like Sarbannes Oxley requires companies to keep all emails and business discussions archived, the gov’t is supposed to keep all work archived.

But we have seen a total disregard for this over the years....whether it is using non-gov’t devices, not using email at all or using non-gov’t email to coordinate policy outside the oversight of the people.

I’m beginning to think so. There’s no way that what any of these people did is legal. I think one of the reasons that Trump has been able to shrug off a lot of this garbage is that he knows they have theirs coming.

And it’s going to be seriously bad for them and for everybody who has protected them , which means about 90% of the Dem honchos.

That is right.

The investigation of Burisma and the Bidens will still happen. When the corrupt details come out, it will reveal the Democrats as trying to cover-up an investigation of crimes via impeachment.

I'm waiting for Nellie Ohr and her hamm radio to get some attention.......

Based on her history, I firmly believe she is a Russian agent......

Long time ago on FR, someone posted an article about Trump having helped Guiliani take down the MOB in NY.
Because so many Demonrats are as corrupt and dangerous as the mob, it would not surprise me that Trump and Rudi saw a chance to take them on. Of course, they well know that it can NOT be an “operation” that you run to the media to advertize, so much of what is done is “sub rosa”.
Course, I have NO insider evidence to support this notion, but my mind still enjoys “entertaining” it!

Not to mention, the practice of deliberately misspelled names to skirt FOIA search parameters.

And from McCabe to Clinton. Jill McCabe was perhaps the perfect hidden conduit to the Hillary campaign. Maybe some genius in the DoJ could look into that before the end of time.

Too bad no one will ask the questions to get to the bottom of the whole Hillary-McCabe operation.

In Washington it's axiomatic that its not the crime that kills you, its the coverup.

This coverup is the worst in American history and it includes a coup to remove a President, a Mueller investigation to frame him and a phony rushed impeachment to remove a president before he can complete criminal indictments

After just listening to Mitch, I’m in favor of dismissing the House impeachment.

All the witnesses need to be called as part of prosecution of the crooks.

I was unaware of this. Is there evidence?

AG Barr needs to investigate all the non government email addresses and Blackberrys.

Remember The former AG using her mother’s name for email?

Search Corney

Corney will not come up in spell check so that throws that theory out the window. There are also variations on Obama and others that will get you another long list under searches.

Yes, indeed! See https://youtu.be/YTKLHUI-duc...

After over three (3) years, the only change I'd make would be to acknowledge that some of that stack of "Lost" Blackberries were, supposedly, "smashed" (destroyed), instead...
